Different steps of refilling 12A Toner Cartridge.

Hello friends here we learn how to refill 12A toner cartridges at your home yourself, no need to find any service center .Mostly 12A toner cartridges comfortable for Cannon 2900 and HP 1005 laser printers & Other some printers also same toner comp abilities . This types of toner need laser toner ink powder for better printing output.
Now we are going to learn how to refill this types of toner cartridges and its different steps for refilling.
Firstly we needs some tools before going to refill toner. Needs a four way screw driver , Tocha and Nose pliers.
Step 2 :
In this second step remove two screws from the right side of toner cartridge. you can see in picture as bellow,
Step 3 :
Next after removing screws, remove side toner cap of cartridge.
Step 4 :
Remove smoothly spring from the toner left side, use Tocha to remove spring with the help of fingers otherwise spring will fly anywhere .
Step 5 :
After removed spring , remove Opc Drum just press from gear side to opposite site and remove smoothly.
Step 6 :
Now bellow to OPc Drum there have PCR . Remove it with the help of Tocha.
Step 7 :
Now see center of the toner there is two pins on right and left side of the toner. So try to remove these pins from inner side of toner exactly bellow to PCR rod. You can see that wholes in two sides , just insert Tocha and try to push from inner side to outer side of toner. Do it smoothly otherwise toner will damaged. You can use Nose pliers to pull pins outer side.
Step 8 :
After removed pins Now just pull toner from two side it will divide in two parts as bellow.
Step 9 :
Fist part of toner was wastage ink area. All unwanted powder or ink was collecting in this are . This are must clean on every toner refilling time otherwise printing output goes black lines or black shading on paper.
Step 10 :
This is second part of toner in this area we need to refill with ink powder. That we will discuss in details later.
Now we are going to remove powder wastage for that firstly remove toner Plastic cover spring and remove toner outer cover of the toner cartridge.
Then there is wiper blade or cleaning blade it will clean all extra powder from drum. So remove two sided screw with the help of screw driver and remove all wastage powder and clean that area with fresh cloth.
Clean well wiper blade with cloth.
After done all work again re-assemble all parts like cleaning blade and plastic cover and cover spring one by one as it is.
After that clean PCR rod with cloth and fit it back to its previous position in that pcr slots.
Same as PCR we need to clean OPC Drum with cloth and replace in that same place . Now you have completed one part of the toner cartridge fabulously.
Now its ready to reassemble.
Now this is second part of toner cartridge. you must handle it with carefully because hare having Magnetic roller and other small gears. You just remover screw from opposite side of gear part of the toner cartridge.
Remove screw and lightly push gear side Mag roller with the help of Tocha and pull from other side then it will smoothly remover without damaged any other small parts.
If you want refill from side are so you do not need to remove Mag roller just open that plastic tap or rounded cover and fill directly from this side. After refill powder from this whole you can proceed next step but if you want remove Mag roller then goes on previous step.b This is the one way to refill toner and other way shown in step 16.
If you want clean gear and Doctor blade so this is another way to refill and clean other parts of the toner as bellow.
After removed Mag roller you can directly fill ink powder in this area as bellow. But before that read next step for better performance.
In this step we must know toner powder and other things. Toner Bottle comes in three formats like 100 grams , 120g and 140g. Because this toner powder capacity is 140g but its better to use 120g for better performance.
Powder comes in polyester ans dark Dtp types you can take as you want. Before use shake bottle well and then fill in toner cartridge.
After refill successfully refit Mag roller and screw as its previous position.
Fit two parts of toner in specific slots as bellow and apply proper position to fit smoothly as it is.
Insert two sided pins in that specific whole one bye one .
Now its final part of toner refilled. Refit side cap as it is and fit with screw. Finaly reassemble pressure spring and inner pressure springs properly fitted or not. Now you have finished your toner refill work successfully.
